All rooms can be equipped with the usual range of support equipment as required. The Carlile and Ireland rooms are being fitted with a wall hanging system and are available for all types of exhibitions.

Accessibility - it is possible for us to accommodate disabled users with prior arrangement as disabled access needs advanced booking for gate opening from Woodlanders. We have accessible toilet facilities and ramps available.

Room details are as follows:

The Chapel

Seats up to 100 people; with its grand piano and superb acoustics, it is a perfect venue for musical or orchestral concerts, theatrical productions, large meetings and self catering banquets or dinners.

The Bishop Stapledon Lounge

A comfortable room, suitable for refreshments and group meetings, seminars, club meetings etc. It is located next to the kitchen.

Richard Carlile Room

Suitable for conferences, meetings, training, community/cultural group activities and exhibitions. Can be opened into the John Ireland Room if required.

John Ireland Room

Suitable for similar activities as the Richard Carlile Room, into which it can be opened if required. Contains an upright piano for practice sessions.

Equipment available

The following equipment is available at no additional charge: 14 foldable tables (various sizes); 1 projector screen (please bring your own projector); flipchart stand (please supply your own paper / pens); 2 whiteboards (please supply your whiteboard markers).

Currently there is no wifi available.

The hire charges for our rooms are as follows:

NB: Winter rate of £2.00 per room per hour applies 01 October - 31 March to cover heating costs.
